Photo essay kayaking trip Slovenia

Posted by Eddo on May 25, 2012

Just a week ago I spent some time on Slovenia, near Bovec, for a paddling adventure on the Soča and Koritnica with friends. Practically every day we paddled one or more sections of either river, some quite easy and others a bit more demanding and technical (such as the section between Otona and Napeleonov Most at Kobarid and the Trnovo slalom section). Must say that we did have a lot of fun, both on and off the water.

One of the goals for this particular trip was to focus on photography more than I did previous visits, creating images from further away and up close and personal. Thanks to everybody that was in our group, you all are a great crowd and willing victims for photo shoots 😉 !!

After a day of paddling, nothing beats the feeling of being in a beautiful environment with a few friends around a campfire.
